SHIPPING

Crazy Aaron’s year-round shipping schedule is Monday – Friday from 8am – 4pm Eastern excluding select US national holidays. All orders (including expedited shipments) are packed and shipped within 24-48 business hours from the time the order was placed on www.crazyaarons.com.

Once items are shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking information from Crazy Aaron’s. There may be an additional 24-48 hours of processing time by the carrier to update shipping transit details.

Important Disclosures:

Crazy Aaron’s cannot be held responsible for late or lost deliveries. All deliveries are made using third party vendors (USPS and UPS) and these vendors should be contacted in the case of a late or lost package or for shipping transit details.
No delivery dates are guaranteed, unless otherwise noted. Dates are for an estimated delivery. Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, acceptance date and time and other conditions, including customs delays. Some restrictions apply.
For expedited shipments mailed December 22 through December 25, the money-back guarantee applies only if the shipment was not delivered or delivery was not attempted with 2 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Crazy Aaron's® offers flat rate ground shipping ($6.99) to most US locations, as well as expedited shipping for an additional charge. We ship all orders within the contiguous US via USPS or UPS. US customers will receive tracking information once their package has shipped.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

US orders over $50 are eligible for free standard shipping.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Crazy Aaron's® offers expedited shipping via UPS. You have the options of choosing UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air for an additional charge.

While we strive to provide the fastest shipping method, all shipping times are ultimately dependent on UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Crazy Aaron's ships worldwide! We offer international shipping to every country allowed by US law. We also have a growing network of online stores in countries around the world. These stores stock the product locally saving you time and the costs of international shipping. You can also find a physical store near you.

Shipping fees vary by location and weight, and you will have to begin the checkout process before the final cost can be calculated. Enter your shipping information on the checkout page and your shipping charge will be presented to you BEFORE you enter any payment information.

If Crazy Aaron's hasn't shipped to your country before, you'll receive an email with the actual shipping charge before you are charged. Expedited International Shipping (typically 2-3 day shipping, barring any customs delays) is available by request.

International customers are responsible for paying taxes, fees, duties, or VAT charges at the time of delivery by their local courier.

PREORDER SHIPPING

Any preorder items purchased in combination with ready-to-ship products will be shipped at the same time. Mixed carts (preorder and ready-to-ship items) will be held until full order is ready.

**An individual customer cannot exceed more than five (5) returns and/or exchanges of orders in a calendar year. After a fifth instance ALL SALES ARE FINAL for that specific customer.

Only products purchased at crazyaarons.com or at our Shop in Norristown PA are subject to this refund/exchange policy. Any products purchased at another one of our retail partners must be returned/exchanged directly to the location/retailer that it was purchased.

This does not apply to Crazy Aaron's Gift Cards. All Gift Cards (digital or physical) are final purchase; no returns, refunds or exchanges accepted.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Crazy Aaron Enterprises, Inc. provides hassle-free returns and exchanges thanks to our 100% money back guarantee. Please email customercare@crazyaarons.com for more information on processing your return/exchange. Please note, you will be required to cover return shipping costs.

What if my order is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call us at 866-578-2845 x301 or email customercare@crazyaarons.com and we will help you exchange or return the item.

THE SHOP @ CRAZY AARON'S CURBSIDE PICK UP
Curbside Pick Up is available for orders placed on the crazyaarons.com website! Products purchased on the website with curbside pick up selected during checkout will be available within 24 hours for local pick up at The Shop @ Crazy Aaron's located at 700 E. Main Street, Norristown, PA 19401. The Shop @ Crazy Aaron's is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am - 4pm. Items will only be available for pick up during store hours.
