SHIPPING

This website is operated by and all orders are fulfilled by Jumby Bay Studios, LLC dba Vat19.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). Crazy Aaron’s® is a registered trademark of Goliath, used under license by Vat19.

If you place your order before 2PM CT, we will process and ship your order the same day (except weekends and holidays).

Once items are shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking information from Crazy Aaron’s. There may be an additional 24-48 hours of processing time by the carrier to update shipping transit details. 

Important Disclosures:

• Crazy Aaron’s cannot be held responsible for late or lost deliveries. All deliveries are made using third party vendors (USPS and UPS) and these vendors should be contacted in the case of a late or lost package or for shipping transit details.
• No delivery dates are guaranteed, unless otherwise noted. Dates are for an estimated delivery. Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, acceptance date and time and other conditions, including customs delays. Some restrictions apply.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Crazy Aaron's® offers flat rate ground shipping ($6.99) to most US locations, as well as expedited shipping for an additional charge. We ship all orders within the contiguous US via USPS or UPS. US customers will receive tracking information once their package has shipped.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

US orders over $50 are eligible for free standard shipping. 

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Crazy Aaron's® offers expedited shipping via UPS. You have the options of choosing UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air for an additional charge.

While we strive to provide the fastest shipping method, all shipping times are ultimately dependent on UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Crazy Aaron's ships worldwide! We offer international shipping to every country allowed by US law. We also have a growing network of online stores in countries around the world. These stores stock the product locally saving you time and the costs of international shipping. You can also find a physical store near you.

Shipping fees vary by location and weight, and you will have to begin the checkout process before the final cost can be calculated. Enter your shipping information on the checkout page and your shipping charge will be presented to you BEFORE you enter any payment information. 

International customers are responsible for paying taxes, fees, duties, or VAT charges at the time of delivery by their local courier.
