Product Flaws

When I received the putty, it was extremely dry and the oil for the scent completely separated. I spent about an hour trying to mix it all back together but was unable to get the oil to remain in the mix (it kept separating) and coats my hands in oil every time I use it. Texture of the putty is also stiff and does not stretch well. Product sent to me seems old or defective.

Hi I received my order and the cinderlicious putty is hard breaks into pieces and is very greasy and not appealing to use. Also the mini rose gold one is shut tight and can’t be opened. How can this inconvenience be resolved.
