Perfect product. It was so pretty. The only thing was that when it arrived I got it out of the package and some of it was caught under the containers curl.

Hi I received my order and the cinderlicious putty is hard breaks into pieces and is very greasy and not appealing to use. Also the mini rose gold one is shut tight and can’t be opened. How can this inconvenience be resolved.
