Shipping issue

Was hoping to get this product delivered before Halloween. 10 days lead time was not enough to get it done. It did arrive on 11/1.

What I didn't like was that there were no predicted shipping times when I placed the order and the tracking number didn't give any info about the predicted delivery time (or any part of shipping status) until the day the item was actually delivered.

Just feels like y'all could do better on shipping options.

It was amazing. The only thing was that it didn’t glow. You should maybe add instructions for that because I could not figure it out.

Didn’t really care for the feeling of the bats

Really nice little putty! The bats are a little sharp, but I find that enjoyable. This is my favorite putty that I have ordered so far. It helps me when I’m stressed and the bats poke me and fulfill a sensory need of mine. The purple is also stunning!
