*Land of Dough and Slime Charmers will dry out due to its natural properties. It is not intended to last forever. If the inner seal or packaging of the Land of Dough or Slime Charmers have been opened and played with, we cannot accept returns for any reason, including drying out. 

*The additional fidget ball in the Egg-Cellent Thinking Putty can not be refunded or exchanged after the tin is opened.  Additional Fidget Balls are available for purchase on the website.

**An individual customer cannot exceed more than five (5) returns or exchanges of orders in a calendar year.  After a fifth instance ALL SALES ARE FINAL for that specific customer.

Only products purchased at crazyaarons.com or at our Shop in Norristown PA are subject to this refund/exchange policy.  Refund and exchange requests will not be accepted more than 90 days after order date. Any products purchased at another one of our retail partners must be returned/exchanged directly to the location/retailer that it was purchased.

This does not apply to Crazy Aaron's Gift Cards. All Gift Cards (digital or physical) are final purchase; no returns, refunds or exchanges accepted.
